Here, they can discuss any worries or concerns about work pressures, interpersonal problems, and all the hidden stresses that build up, manifest, and result in quiet quitting, quiet vacationing and time consuming legal procedures.

How it works

We conduct an on-site analysis to discover team structures, working practices, hierarchy, and staff perceptions. This allows us to fully understand the working environment and will also introduce our experts for a seamless process to implementation.

We set up a bespoke plan to agree the team members who will be enrolled and any particular goals you have or changes you would ideally like to see.

Everyone receives a pack containing information about Huddle, explaining what it is and how it can help them.

You’re then assigned an expert practitioner who’ll arrange an initial call to get to know you, before the monthly confidential one-to-one ‘huddles’ for every enrolled team member.

Reporting

We provide you with the team ‘temperature readings’. This includes an outline of the mood and landscape of the workplace, along with details of any pressure points and our recommended actions.
