Initial Consultation 

We conduct an on-site analysis to discover team structures, working practices, hierarchy, and staff perceptions. This allows us to fully understand the working environment and will also introduce our experts for a seamless process to implementation.

Bespoke Mediation Sessions

We set up a bespoke plan to agree the team members who will be enrolled and any particular goals you have or changes you would ideally like to see.

Transparent Process

Everyone receives a pack containing information about Huddle, explaining what it is and how it can help them.

You’re then assigned an expert practitioners and mediators who’ll arrange an initial call to get to know you, before the monthly confidential one-to-one ‘huddles’ for every enrolled team member.
